enjoyable exercise regime. After all, the more you enjoy exercising, the
more you will stick at it.
We provide a mixture of cardiovascular and resistance exercises for our clients in a safe and controlled environment. There are a wide range of exercises that allow for progression as your body adapts and changes. We provide regular progress checks to ensure your goals remain on target and to tell us if any tweaks need to be made to a programme. You will rarely do the same thing every session – a varied mix will keep the body guessing and this will lead to results!
Our training is delivered with a wide range of equipment, including:

- Medicine Balls
- Fit Balls
- Kettle Bells
- And our most valued resource of all – the great outdoors!
Do not worry if you are unfamiliar with any of the above. Our highly qualified personal trainers are expert instructors and can show you exactly how to use the equipment to achieve your necessary goals.
During your programme, we will use scientific techniques to ensure you are reaching your maximum potential through fitness testing and regular monitoring of your heart rate.
